We charge for the actual hours worked, so a short in-complex move is priced for what it actually takes, not a padded full-day minimum.
I only have a few pieces of furniture — is that okay?
Yes. Furniture-only moves are common — a couch, a bed frame, a dining set. You don’t need a full apartment’s worth of belongings to justify calling us. We charge by the hour, so a small move gets billed for the actual time it takes. For very small loads you might not even need a 10ft truck — we can advise on whether a cargo van rental would be cheaper and sufficient for your specific situation.
Do I need to reserve a loading zone or elevator in advance?
It depends on your building. Many apartment complexes in Colorado Springs require tenants to reserve the service elevator at least 48–72 hours before a move and may require a refundable damage deposit for the loading dock or elevator cab. Some complexes also require a certificate of insurance from the moving company — which we can provide.
